Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) was probably one of the most famous artists today.  Through our his career, Picasso was known for his many styles of art: Blue Period, Rose Period, and Cubism.  Students explored Analytical Cubism by creating portraits with basic shapes and stylized objects that symbolized that person.  By painting in two or more color schemes, students achieved a contrast in color and want you to move your eyes throughout each section in their art.
