This month  the gallery is full!  First quarter build on skills and techniques using a variety of media.  On September 23rd Mrs. Benben's Drawing I and II went to the Farmer's Market Downtown Kirkwood to create original drawings. Student used techniques learned in both classes. Students enjoyed an opportunity to be creative in a real life situation and have an extended time to draw. Later drawings include larger studies of value with charcoal and color pastel.  We invite you to look at the drawings which take you through the student learning process with observational drawing.  Note:  Sculpture students also show off their first quarter projects in the gallery this month.
