Kirkwood students who received Walker Art Grants were able to attend art workshops held throughout the summer at higher educational institutions and special art workshops to further study art.  We invite you to view the slideshow of art created by Rosie Ruzicka (’11), Kelsey Stringer (’12), and Andrew Knepper (’12).  Rosie Ruzicka attended Parsons the New School of Design in New York City for four weeks.  Kelsey Stringer attended the School of Art Institute of Chicago for two weeks.  Andrew Knepper attended Maryville University’s Summer Art Program for one week.  This exhibition is currently in the John Dean Gallery at Kirkwood High School now through September 3, 2010.
